Please read the funding criteria before you begin filling in the form:

Events must be scheduled to happen within Suffolk during the ‘2012 Open Weekend’ which is 23rd to 25th July 2010
Any community group, organisation, Parish or Town Council, based in Suffolk can apply
Events must be of a cultural or sporting/physical activity nature held on the 2012 Open weekend only - please see guide list
for our definition of ‘cultural activity’
Some evaluation of the event will be required, however, this will be minimal and we will provide details of this after the applications have been processed
Applications can be submitted NOW and consideration will be given to all ideas, however the panel’s decision is final
